All new patients are requested to attend a new patient health check (please bring a sample of urine) – this enables us to obtain details of your past medical problems and to provide better care. We also offer health checks for patients over 75 years of age.
Did you know we have Blood pressure machines in all of our sites where you can check your height, weight, BMI and blood pressure all at the same time? Ask one of our team if you are unsure how to use and we will show you how. Once you have your information, simply pass it to reception and we will update your record.
