EdShift are looking for Volunteer Directors

EdShift @The YouthBase, based in a Grade 2 listed building on Harrison Road, Halifax, is a diverse and creative space designed to provide safety, support, arts therapy, education on healthy relationships and sexual health, peer support, and more to children and young people in need. Our strategy for 2024 is ambitious and to support our ambitions we are currently seeking creative, dynamic, and dedicated individuals to join our team as Volunteer Directors.

As a Community Interest Company, we strive to provide a safe space of belonging and community, empowering young people to challenge power dynamics, advocate for themselves, lead healthy and meaningful lives. We are particularly interested in individuals with expertise in financial management, lived experience, social enterprise/business management, marketing and communications, fundraising, and legal matters. However, if you possess other skills, knowledge, or experience that can help steer our organization toward success, we welcome your application.
