As part of our ongoing patient and stakeholder engagement, Rosegarth Surgery and Spring Hall Group Practice would like to invite you to an Open Forum meeting on Microsoft Teams (please see the link below) where there will be members of the Practices available to answer any questions you may have on Thursday 17th November 2022 at 6.30pm.
