Noticeboard

As of 22nd May 2017, Spring Hall Medical Practice will be working in partnership with Care UK to provide additional telephone calls to our patients and to support our local team and this will improve and increase access to doctors.


The Care UK clinicians will work in exactly the same way as our local clinicians. Medical records will be accessed by Care UK clinicians through a secure network, and your information will not be used by any other third parties.


Patients can ‘Opt-Out’ of the service offered by notifying the practice.


Thank you for your co-operation. We hope you find the new service beneficial.

Practice Management

The management team are happy to help with any non-medical problems, or to receive any complaints or suggestions regarding the service offered by the surgery. Complaints are generally accepted in a written format.

Reception

The receptionists will assist you in making emergency and routine appointments to see the doctors or the nurses. They will also give details of how to obtain repeat prescriptions, answer the telephone and deal with enquiries. They have a difficult job to do so please be patient. Please ask a receptionist for somewhere more private if you need to speak to them in confidence. Receptionists are available to patients from 08:00 until 18:30 in person or on the telephone.
